How it works:
Our pop-up kitchen and bar is super versatile. All we need is a flat area about the size of a parking spot to set up outside. Your guests order their food as they would at a restaurant and it is built for them.
-Vegetarian and chicken broth to choose from
-Wild Georgia Shrimp, chicken breast and pork belly
-Soft boiled eggs
-An assortment of vegetables to choose from including green onions, mushrooms, radish, cabbage, peppers, nori, corn, palm hearts, bamboo shoots, pickled ginger, kimchi.
-Assorted sauces
-Stone ground grits
-Sausage and tomato gravy or butter gravy to choose from.
-Choice of Wild Georgia Shrimp or chicken
-An assortment of toppings to choose from, including bacon, ham, cheese, tomatoes, peppers, onions.
-Multiple noodle shapes to choose from
-Yellow and white cheese sauce, beer cheese optional
-Diced ham, bacon, pepperoni and chicken
-An assortment of toppings including tomatoes, broccoli, green onions, peppers, shredded cheese, baked beans, crispy onions.
-Assorted sauces
-Choices of Wild Georgia Shrimp, chicken or steak
-Fresh rice cooked on site
-Includes Onions, Zucchini, Broccoli, and Mushrooms
-Assorted sauces
A buffet of cookies, candy bars, snack cakes and other sweets, ready to be fried on site.
